Guru Purnima

Wishing Shashi Nair sir felt really good. He is my guru and guide in photography. I still remember sitting on the first bench only for the Photography classes during our mass communication course. His charismatic personality and in-depth knowledge of photography was just brilliant. I usually went to his studio after college or during weekends.

I remember attending one his food photography shoots for the Femina magazine. He was amazing at what he was doing. He didn't need a Food Stylist. Someday I want to reach at least half of the path he has treaded upon. Maybe quarter.

Thank you sir for teaching me such valuable lessons in photography and also about life. Happy Guru Purnima to you.
