My Plate

To keep in control of my calorie intake I have become a member of Livestrong.com.  I am currently trying its My Plate app. When I say try, I am giving myself a try than Livestrong. Because I have a maximum 2 week affair with such disciplinary habits.



Yesterday I consumed 1552 calories according to its daily food journal. 52 calories over my recommended allowance. Sadly I didn't work out.  Just walked for 30 mins. So 172 calories burned against 1552 consumed. Perfect imbalance!

Anyway, this site also has some pretty cool tools to track weight loss, measurements etc.

Now its up to me whether I choose to live strong both physically and mentally or keep sulking forever!
