My colleague Lars is German in the true sense. And to celebrate his birthday we went to a German pub Feierabend at Yale Ave N near the SLU campus. I had Bratwurst mit Sauerkraut which is a combination of pork and veal bavarian meats sausage, served with sauerkraut, landbrot, and a German pickle.


It was interesting but not my favourite. I wish they gave more sausage. Greedy me.
