Day 1 : 21-day detox

Started with warm water + lime concoction

For breakfast we had a Blueberry-Mint smoothie (recipe to be posted soon)

For lunch I had a large mixed raw veg salad + 2 tbsps of chickpeas with an amazing Lemon-Tahini dressing from my office cafeteria

Water consumption: 24oz so far.

Dinner was the a bowl of Dal with homemade kachumbar salad.

So far feels great.

Cheat Confession: Had an 8oz Cappuccino with no sugar or sweetener after reaching work and an 8oz Green tea at 4pm. This girl needs her caffeine. I cannot cut out everything on the first day. (Small squeaky voice says..I am trying)

  1. Good Job! Try and drink tea only instead of coffee for caffeine cheats. And trick your mind with peppermint caffeine free tea for the days ahead.
