Day 2 : 21-day detox

Continued with early morning warm water + lime concoction.
Not waking up to chai does have its benefits.

For breakfast we had a Mango Pineapple smoothie (recipe to be posted soon)

For lunch I had the same large mixed raw veg salad + 2 tbsps of mixed beans with Lemon-Tahini dressig

Dinner was the a bowl of Red Lentils and Sweet Potato stew. It was super yum with a mild curry flavor.

Water consumption: 24oz + 8oz Green Tea

Cheat Confession: Had an 8oz Cappuccino with no sugar or sweetener.... again. My willpower died at 4pm!
